Be careful with supplements! We did a blood lab to my daughter because she was getting to many bruises. We found out that the supplements were hurting her kidneys, and were the cause of the bruises. The doctor was really mad at me for using multivitamins without a lab test 😢. She said eating a healthy and balanced diet with plenty of vegetables and fruits should be enough. So, focusing on diet, no supplements.

I personally take selenium as part of my daily routine, but it's important to be cautious with any supplement, including selenium. Generally, I follow recommended dosage guidelines

Have seen chickpeas as good… have seen egg as good then seen egg as bad…where can I get the actual test results for histamine because to much conflicting information.
